Do you build custom ERP and AI software for businesses in Tallinn?
Yes, remotely. Flip Retail is a software studio in Jaipur, India, with no office in Tallinn; discovery happens on video calls and you get working software every two weeks.
How do time zones work between Tallinn and Jaipur?
Jaipur is 3 h 30 min ahead of Tallinn on standard time, and 2 h 30 min ahead during daylight saving time there. A 09:00 start there is 12:30 in Jaipur. Standard 09:00–18:00 office days overlap by 5 h 30 min to 6 h 30 min, which is enough for live calls, demos and same-day answers.
Can a custom ERP handle VAT and e-invoicing in Estonia?
Yes. Invoicing is built for Estonia's VAT (standard rate 24%). On e-invoicing: Since 1 Jul 2025 any business registered as an e-invoice recipient can require its suppliers to send structured EN 16931 e-invoices. The government has proposed mandatory B2B e-invoicing and full invoice reporting from 2027, but this was still pending legislation at last check. When the mandate takes effect, a custom ERP can connect to EN 16931 through its official API or an accredited provider; we design for it from the start.
Where will our data be stored, and what about GDPR?
You choose: your own cloud account in a region that suits you, or your own servers. Access inside the system is role-based, and during development we work on test or masked data wherever possible. GDPR applies directly, supplemented by the Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus, 2018) and supervised by the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon); B2B buyers expect an Art. 28 data processing agreement, a sub-processor list and, in practice, EU/EEA hosting or SCC-covered transfers.
Can you migrate us from Merit Aktiva, Directo or SmartAccounts?
Yes. Masters, ledgers, stock and opening balances move across and are reconciled with your accountant before cutover, ideally at a year-end or quarter-end.
Can your AI agents talk to customers in Estonian, English and Russian?
Yes. Current language models handle Estonian, English and Russian well, including mixed-language messages. We still test an agent in each language your customers use before it goes live, and route anything it is unsure about to your team.
What would a first project look like for a technology business?
Usually one module that fixes the most expensive problem first. For technology & startups that is often subscription billing and project & time tracking. It goes live early, and the rest of the system follows in two-week increments while your team is already using it.
