Do you build custom ERP and AI software for businesses in Vilnius?
Yes, remotely. Flip Retail is a software studio in Jaipur, India, with no office in Vilnius; discovery happens on video calls and you get working software every two weeks.
How do time zones work between Vilnius and Jaipur?
Jaipur is 3 h 30 min ahead of Vilnius on standard time, and 2 h 30 min ahead during daylight saving time there. A 09:00 start there is 12:30 in Jaipur. Standard 09:00–18:00 office days overlap by 5 h 30 min to 6 h 30 min, which is enough for live calls, demos and same-day answers.
Can a custom ERP handle VAT and e-invoicing in Lithuania?
Yes. Invoicing is built for Lithuania's VAT (standard rate 21%). On e-invoicing: B2B e-invoicing is voluntary, but VAT payers report all invoice data monthly via i.SAF, and B2G e-invoicing through the state platform has been mandatory since 2017. A domestic B2B e-invoicing mandate (5-corner model) has been proposed, but no start date was enacted at last check. When the mandate takes effect, a custom ERP can connect to i.SAF invoice reporting through its official API or an accredited provider; we design for it from the start.
Where will our data be stored, and what about GDPR?
You choose: your own cloud account in a region that suits you, or your own servers. Access inside the system is role-based, and during development we work on test or masked data wherever possible. GDPR applies directly, supplemented by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data (as amended 2018) and supervised by the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI); B2B buyers expect an Art. 28 data processing agreement, a sub-processor list and, in practice, EU/EEA hosting or SCC-covered transfers.
Can you migrate us from Rivilė, Finvalda or B1.lt?
Yes. Masters, ledgers, stock and opening balances move across and are reconciled with your accountant before cutover, ideally at a year-end or quarter-end.
Can your AI agents talk to customers in Lithuanian and English?
Yes. Current language models handle Lithuanian and English well, including mixed-language messages. We still test an agent in each language your customers use before it goes live, and route anything it is unsure about to your team.
What would a first project look like for a financial services business?
Usually one module that fixes the most expensive problem first. For financial services & fintech that is often onboarding & KYC workflows and loan and policy lifecycle. It goes live early, and the rest of the system follows in two-week increments while your team is already using it.
