Yes. Invoicing is built for Taiwan's Business tax (standard rate 5%). On e-invoicing: GUIs are issued as e-GUIs and uploaded to the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform, directly or via an approved e-invoice service provider: within 48 hours for B2C and 7 days for B2B. The MIG 4.0 message format has been mandatory since 1 January 2026. For Mandarin and English, yes: current language models handle them well, including mixed-language messages. Support for Taiwanese Hokkien is more limited, so we test with real customer messages before committing to it, and route anything the agent is unsure about to your team.
