Business in Jubail
Built from scratch by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu from 1975, the industrial city hosts SABIC affiliates, the Sadara chemical complex of Aramco and Dow, the SATORP refinery of Aramco and TotalEnergies, and steel mills. Hundreds of downstream plastics, fabrication, maintenance and contracting firms serve these plants, with exports moving through King Fahd Industrial Port.
Also known as Al Jubail and Jubail Industrial City.
Where software helps: Maintenance and turnaround contractors serving petrochemical plants must track manpower, permits, equipment hire and consumables per shutdown job, then bill under ZATCA e-invoicing with IKTVA content reports.
